Payment of Dues Some chapters charge different dues locally (so check with your local chapter), but our standard Minnesota dues are 70.00 for a new member or renewing member each year. Your annual dues are due the month before the month you originally joined every year. Every year, chapters are asked to provide the names of their representatives to the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Jaycees, and each year- the state publishes this list for use by our membership for communication between chapters.
